01 — About
About the program
What you’ll be training
Pre-teens are old enough to handle real technique and young enough to fall in love with the work. We use these years to build the technical foundation everything else rests on — and to teach the bully-prevention skills that matter most at this age.
Students drill live positions, learn to control a stronger opponent without striking, and earn their stripes through effort. Confidence stops being a buzzword and becomes a habit.
