01 — About
About the program
What you’ll be training
By their teens, students are training real jiu-jitsu. Live sparring, competition techniques, structured drilling — the same fundamentals our adult class works on, scaled and supervised.
This is also the bridge to our Adult BJJ program. Teens who train through this class graduate into adult class at 16 ready to roll with anyone on the mat. Many of them stay for life.
02 — Curriculum
What you’ll learn
The work
- Full positional sparring with structured intensity
- Competition-level techniques — guard systems, passing, submissions
- Conditioning and strength built through training, not on a treadmill
- How to handle pressure under fatigue — the skill that carries into school, sport, and life
